Furniture Guarantee does not Cover:

• Scratches, chips, torn on leather/fabric or surface of furniture due to using.
• Damage due to abuse.
• Damage due to misused or overload.
• Damage due to moving or pick up.
• Damage due to direct sunlight.
• Damage due to cleaning chemical products.

Availability of identical material:

If identical materials are not available at the time of the repair or replacement, we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal quality. Identical fabrics cannot be guaranteed closed available match will always be attempted.

For duration of the guarantee

We will repair (or replace at our option) without charge to the original purchaser, any manufacturing fault. We reserve the right to refuse service when the product inspection to be in an unsanitary condition or when product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials.

Return policy

• We will replace the goods or make full refund if the goods are returned unused in original package after 7 days of purchase.
